Peter has over 30 years experience helping clients to manage their financial affairs. He graduated from Queen’s University in Psychology and he still takes an active interest in the latest research in this field. He has also served as chair for the largest mental health charity in Northern Ireland. His background has helped him to develop his client centred approach to financial planning. Peter’s long experience in the financial services industry is combined with his enthusiasm for continuing personal improvement and new ideas. He has three sons, all in the finance sector, and two foster daughters.
Louise has been working in finance since 2011, first in a banking role, then joining McClelland Yarr in 2014. She is working towards her diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, but her biggest enjoyment is helping clients to achieve their financial goals, supporting their needs and working with Peter. Louise has recently got married in the summer of 2019, she enjoys cooking and trying out new restaurants in Belfast.
Rebecca joined McClelland Yarr in 2017 and is working towards her Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning. She enjoys working as part of the team to find a solution to achieve clients’ financial goals and security. Rebecca is recently married in July 2019. In her spare time, she volunteers as a youth leader in local organisations. When she is not doing youth work, she enjoys going on long walks along the North Coast and stopping off at local coffee houses.
Natalie joined McClelland Yarr in 2019 and has a background in Banking. In her spare time she hosts community arts with a variety of ages and backgrounds aiming to improve self expression and learn new skills. In her role at McClelland Yarr Natalie enjoys giving our clients the best possible service.

Stephen has over 20 years experience in financial services, having joined McClelland Yarr after studying Computers and Business Information Systems at the University of Ulster. His approach and passion has always been to design systems that identify and predict shortfalls and opportunities in our clients finances to help them achieve their goals. Research is at the heart of our business and he has been the driving force behind the creation of research tools not currently available off-the-shelf to advisers. Stephen is married with two children and enjoys the North Coast outdoor life.
